DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use multiple carriers based on availability to different areas and size of shipment.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Orders requesting in-store pickup will be notified by phone when the item is ready at the location specified. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

DELIVERY

Terra Outdoor Living provides Unlimited Furniture Delivery rates. Placement of items inside the home and package removal is not provided on deliveries outside of a 50 mile radius of any Terra Outdoor Living store location. With curbside delivery, your furniture items will be delivered to your entryway, driveway or curbside (more details below).

CONTINENTAL US UNLIMITED FURNITURE DELIVERY RATES (US$) DELIVERY AREA FLAT-RATE FOR US DELIVERIES:

LOCAL: “White glove delivery” includes assembly and placement of furniture in home or backyard for addresses near one of our stores (within 50 miles). 1-3 day delivery time. $179

NATIONAL: Curbside delivery available throughout continental United States – see below for more details. 7-10 day delivery time (can vary slightly depending on carrier.) $179*  (*addt’l charges may occur on larger concrete tables)

CONCRETE SURCHARGE: Most concrete products incur additional surcharge of $125 in addition to regular shipping charges

UMBRELLAS: Nationwide curbside delivery: $35

UMBRELLA BASES: Nationwide curbside delivery: $55

How long after placing the order will my furniture arrive?
All of our stock items usually ship within 48 hours from our California warehouse. White glove delivery is available for those that live within 50 miles of one of our stores. For all other orders, curbside delivery is available anywhere in the continental USA, except for downtown New York. Depending on your location from the warehouse and under normal circumstances, curbside delivery orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days from 48 hours after the order is placed.

Please note that only in stock cushions are shipped together with the furniture. Otherwise, made-to-order cushions or umbrella fabrics are shipped separately from our vendors and usually take 3-4 weeks during off season and about 5-6 weeks during peak season to deliver.

What’s included with white glove delivery?
For customers who order online or in store who live within 50 miles from one of our store locations, white glove delivery is available. White glove service includes:

  • delivery to outdoor space you’d like the furniture to be placed unpacking
  • assembly
  • instruction of use (when needed)
  • removal of packaging, boxes, and pallets

White Glove delivery in local delivery zones is limited to weekdays. Deliveries are based on our daily routes, so we might not be able to accommodate specific delivery times. We’ll contact you the day before scheduled delivery to set up a 3-hour delivery window. Deliveries occur between 9am and 4pm.

What’s included in curbside delivery?
Our carriers will call to set a delivery time and date that is convenient to you. Upon delivery, items ordered will be delivered to your driveway or near a street entrance. Service does not include placing items indoors, around the back nor any stairs. It also does not include unpacking, assemblage or removal of packaging.

How will my furniture be packaged for shipping?
We take pride in how we build our furniture and ship it safely to ensure that you will receive it as beautifully as it was made. The packaging of every box is inspected before each shipment and carefully palletized to help assure it arrives in perfect condition.

PRICES

We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and information on our website. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by contacting us.

RETURN POLICY

We take pride and stand behind the quality of every piece of furniture sold at Terra Outdoor Living and will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. We believe there can be no shortcuts in producing a quality product and we make the same commitment to our customer service and satisfaction.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture within 30 days of delivery* for a FULL REFUND of your purchase with no restocking fee.
– No returns on “Special Order” items
– Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
– All returns MUST be in like new condition and in its original packaging. All merchandise must be CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY INSPECTED BEFORE ASSEMBLY. REPORTED DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER ASSEMBLY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR OUR 30-DAY MONEY BACK OFFER

ONLINE RETURNS

Online returns follow our standard policy above. Call (888) 449-8325 or email us at contactus@terraoutdoor.com for an RA#, then ship us the product and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it. Sorry, refunds are not available on items purchased as special orders.

PAYMENT POLICY

Terra Outdoor Living accepts US currency and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For your security, we do not “key in” credit card numbers.
