Terra B2B Portal Guide

We've made it easier than ever for our trade partners to spec and submit orders — with the Terra B2B Portal. This dedicated platform gives partners access to exclusive pricing and the ability to build orders directly on our website. Simple, tailored, efficient.

Access the B2B Portal

Logging In

In your browser, navigate to account.terraoutdoor.com and enter the email address you were registered with.

  1. Enter your registered email address on the login page.
  2. You will receive a 6-digit code at that email address.
  3. Copy and enter the code into the box as prompted.
  4. Press 'Submit' to gain access.

Locations

If your company has multiple locations registered in our system, you will first be directed to select the location you are buying for.

Select your location and click 'Continue' to proceed.

Orders Screen & Profile

Here you will see all current and past orders. Click on any order here to view the details

Profile: As a location admin, tap the 'Profile' link along the top row of the screen. From here you can modify billing & shipping addresses, and payment methods associated with your company.

Click on the Terra logo in the top left to browse product and build carts.

The B2B Portal Home Page

The B2B Portal home page looks similar to the regular store page. Look for references to 'B2B' — such as the banner that reads "Welcome to Your B2B Portal" — to confirm you are correctly signed in.

From here you can browse all collections with your program pricing listed. Create your desired order through the portal — shipping rates and any customizations will be confirmed by the Terra commercial team before payment is requested.

Putting Together a Purchase Order

The B2B experience is designed to be familiar and frictionless. As a logged-in customer, you'll browse the site as you normally would — either by searching or navigating by collection, material, or category. With B2B pricing automatically applied, you can begin building your PO by adding your selected pieces to the cart, ready for submission.

Confirm your B2B pricing is active by looking for the gold 'B2B PRICING' badge on any product page. If you don't see it, verify that you are logged in to the correct account.

Viewing Your Cart

Along the top right of your browser you will find four icons:

Account
Cart

A dot on the Cart icon indicates you have items added. Click the icon to expand the cart drawer for a quick view. For a more detailed view, click 'Review Cart'. To proceed to checkout, click 'Checkout'.

Checking Out

Once all the needed items have been added to cart, you are ready to press 'Checkout'.

Shipping Rate

By default, a flat-rate residential shipping rate will be applied at this stage.

Please ignore this shipping rate. The true shipping rate will be determined when a Terra representative reviews the order.

Payment Method

You can choose to defer your payment method until later, or enter credit card details now. No charge will be made until the order has been reviewed, finalized, and confirmed by our team.

PO Number

Please use the PO Number field to note your internal project name, project reference number, or PO number. This helps our team connect the order to your project quickly.

Changing the Address

To change the shipping address, click 'Change' alongside the 'Ship to' address. You can either select one of the addresses registered with your company, or choose 'Ship to a different address'.

Please complete the address form fully, including the correct phone number — this is required for delivery co-ordination.

Reviewing the Order

Once you have entered a payment method (or selected 'Choose payment method later') and a PO number/reference, you can click 'Review Order' to proceed.

Alternatively, click the Terra logo to return to the store, where you can continue to browse and add items to the cart before checking out.

Submit for Review

After clicking 'Review Order', a condensed summary of your order will be presented. Verify all details, then click 'Submit for Review' to send your order to the Terra commercial team.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation screen will be presented once your order has been submitted for review.

From here, a member of the Terra team will review your order and iron out the final details with you. This can include but may not be limited to:

  • Shipping fee — finalized based on your order and delivery location.
  • COM or Special Order fabrics — any custom fabric requirements will be confirmed.
  • Product availability & lead times — our team will confirm stock and timing.
  • Payment — you will not be charged until the order is confirmed.
