Whether you order one chair or an entire sectional configuration, qualified zip codes within our primary, in-network area are eligible for a flat-rate delivery fee of $249; otherwise we offer a nationwide flat-rate delivery fee of $349.
Most concrete items are subject to an additional $100 fee regardless of location.
Many smaller items ship according to reduced flat-rate fees. Please note that heavier items made from materials such as concrete or steel, that require delivery via freight, will not be available at these reduced rates:

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
We offer premium White Glove for qualified zip codes, including our in-network service area, and most metropolitan regions nationwide.
We wish we could offer this service to all our customers, but due to our small (yet growing) fleet, it’s just not possible at this time. Stay tuned – we’ll update this page when we expand our delivery areas.
White Glove delivery includes product assembly and placement in your home or yard. Afterward, all packing materials (wooden pallets, boxes and bags) will be removed.
Curbside delivery is available throughout the continental United States if your order isn’t eligible for White Glove delivery.
Curbside delivery products will be delivered to your entryway, driveway or curb. You will need to be present at the time of delivery. To position and assemble standard-delivery furniture, many of our customers hire local movers or handymen. Nationwide companies that specialize in small loads include Lugg, Handy, and MovingHelp.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Terra products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you have any doubts or want to double-check dimensions before you order, call 888.449.8325 to speak to one of our Customer Care specialists. You can also call one of our showrooms to speak to one of our knowledgeable design associates.
If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, subject to the policies set forth below. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or transit damage.
- In order for us to accept your return, it must be in “like-new” condition.
- Special Order items are not returnable, however, in some cases if an item is approved for return, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
- Cantilever Umbrellas are not returnable once assembled. Cantilever umbrellas that are delivered, but not yet assembled, may be eligible for return but will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Palm Springs in-pool loungers are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee if returned after delivery
- We cannot accept returns on Curbside Delivery products you assemble before reporting any issues.
If your delivery arrived within our in-network zone, call 888.449.8325 or email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number. Our delivery specialists will contact you to arrange a time to pick up the return.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY RETURNS
If your delivery was outside of our primary in-network zone, call us at 888.449.8325. One of our Customer Care specialists will explain all the available options and work with you to figure out a solution. Customer is responsible for any additional repacking and/or redelivery fees required to transport items back to our Stockton warehouse facility.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please be sure to completely inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any issues immediately. Just give us a call at 888.449.8325.
Occasionally, some of our products are out of stock. If your order includes both in-stock and back-ordered products, the in-stock products will be reserved for you. The entire order will ship when the back-ordered products become available. If you have timing concerns or delivery deadlines, call 888.449.8325 to speak to one of our Customer Care specialists about possible solutions.
Weather conditions, customs delays and holidays can all affect the timing of your delivery. However, these factors should not significantly prolong delivery.
