  • LOCAL: “White-Glove delivery” includes assembly and placement of furniture in home or backyard for addresses near one of our stores (within 50 miles). 1-3 day delivery time. $179
  • NATIONAL: Curbside delivery available throughout continental United States – see below for more details. 7-10 day delivery time (can vary slightly depending on carrier.) $179* (*additional charges may occur on larger concrete tables)
  • CONCRETE SURCHARGE: Most concrete products incur additional surcharge of $125 in addition to regular shipping charges
  • UMBRELLAS: Nationwide curbside delivery: $35

We offer premium White-Glove delivery for a flat rate of $179, based on your zip code. Concrete products incur a surcharge of $125 per order. Smaller products ship according to standard shipping fees.

Most in-stock products will be delivered within 7–10 business days of your order. One of our associates will call you to arrange the most convenient date and time.

Products delivered via White-Glove arrive fully assembled and wrapped in blankets for safe transport. After you inspect the products, our associates will unload, unwrap and place the products in your chosen location. If you have any questions, call our Customer Care at 888.449.8325.

If our White-Glove fleet can’t reach your address, your order will be shipped for our flat rate of $179 via Curbside Delivery. Concrete products incur a surcharge of $125 per order. Smaller products ship according to standard shipping fees.

Most in-stock products will be delivered within 10–15 business days of your order. One of our carrier partners will contact you when your order is close to give you the delivery details. It’s best to be home for Curbside Delivery so you can inspect the products. In the event that something is wrong, we will make it right. Products will be delivered to your entryway, driveway or curb. Assembly may be required (depending on the product) and you will need to dispose of the packing materials. To relocate and assemble Curbside Delivery products, many of our customers hire local movers or handymen. Nationwide companies that specialize in small-load moving such as Lugg and MovingHelp may also be an option, depending where you live.

Occasionally, some of our products are out of stock. If your order includes both in-stock and back-ordered products, the in-stock products will be reserved for you. The entire order will ship when the back-ordered products become available. Weather conditions, customs delays and holidays can all affect the timing of your delivery. However, these factors should not significantly prolong delivery.

Due to the size of most of our products, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.


We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us, from sofas and sectionals to pillows and furniture covers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Terra purchase, return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (we do not charge restocking fees). Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.

In order for us to accept your return, it must be in “like-new” condition. We cannot accept returns on special-order products or Curbside Delivery products you assemble before reporting any issues.
