January 2025 "Spend & Save" Promotional Period
From January 3rd to January 23rd, Terra Outdoor customers will receive automatic, volume-based discount pricing on items in their shopping cart based on the following thresholds:
- SPEND $2,000 - GET 25% OFF
- SPEND $5,000 - GET 30% OFF
- SPEND $10,000 - GET 35% OFF
The following product categories are not eligible for cart-based percentage discounts, nor will they contribute to eligibility for cart-based percentage discounts:
- Fire tables, fire media & accessories
- Umbrellas, umbrella bases & accessories
- Kai in-pool shelf loungers and side tables
- All HOUE brand products
Shipping & Delivery
Whether you order one chair or an entire sectional configuration, qualified zip codes receive our in-network delivery fee of $249; otherwise we offer a nationwide delivery fee of $349.
Most concrete items are subject to an additional surcharge of $100 per order.
Many smaller items ship according to reduced flat-rate fees. Please note that heavier items made from heavy materials such as concrete or steel, that require delivery via freight, will not be available at these reduced rates:

All orders ship when all items become available.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
We offer premium White Glove delivery to most customers based on your zip code. Use the calculator in the "ORDER SUMMARY" section above to find out if your address is eligible.
We wish we could offer this service to all our customers, but due to our small (yet growing) fleet, it’s just not possible at this time. Stay tuned – we’ll update this page when we expand our delivery areas.
White Glove delivery includes product assembly and placement in your home or yard. Afterward, all packing materials (wooden pallets, boxes and bags) will be removed.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Curbside delivery is available throughout the continental United States if your order isn’t eligible for White Glove delivery.
Products shipped via Curbside delivery will be left at your entryway, driveway or curb. You will need to be present at the time of delivery. To position and assemble standard-delivery furniture, many of our customers hire local movers or handymen. Nationwide companies that specialize in small loads include Lugg, Handy, and MovingHelp.
Sunbrella Restore Fabric Protector & Repellent adds an invisible layer of protection to your Sunbrella outdoor fabrics, restoring water repellency that may have been lost over time or due to deep cleanings. The unique formula provides added protection against the elements and water-based spills without impacting the look or feel of your outdoor fabrics, keeping them looking like new for many years to come.
- Unique formulation protects against the elements and water-based spills
- Invisible, protective layer won't impact look or feel of outdoor fabrics
- Helps reduce drying time when fabrics get wet or rained on
- Specifically formulated to treat Sunbrella Outdoor fabrics, including: outdoor cushions, pillows and upholstery, fabric awnings, umbrellas, boat covers, bimini tops, and other outdoor fabrics
- Made for use on water-safe fabrics (always spot test on non-Sunbrella fabrics)
- Non-PFAS formula
- 16 fl oz.
- Clean fabric and let dry completely. Only use on thoroughly clean and dry fabrics.
- Spray product directly onto clean, dry fabric until evenly saturated, overlapping in a crisscross pattern. Do not oversaturate.
- Let dry.
- Cure treated material 12-24 hours depending on temperature. Protect from rain/dew until fully cured.
- For best results apply product to fabric in temperatures above 70°F/21°C. For faster drying apply in full sun.
- Re-treat as needed.
- Before use on non-Sunbrella fabrics: Test a small, hidden area for colorfastness and examine when dry. If color or texture is affected do not use.
